Career Dreams centre was formed in the year 2006 to supply short course training for Employees, owners, managers and supervisors working within the hospitality, foodservice and tourism industries. Since then our institution has developed, and now specializes in all aspects of the professional management of hospitality companies and businesses. All our services have been developed in conjunction with leading hospitality operators in our region, then tested and refined in the reality of the workplace. APPLICATION LODGE FACILITY
Career Dreams has entered into a mutual agreement with one of the leading local lodges to utilize the facility for training in housekeeping, Front Desk Operations, Kitchen and Bar Areas. A similar agreement has been signed between Kesmo Lodge and Career Dreams Centre.
JOB PLACEMENT
Career Dreams is the only institution that assists its students in finding jobs after successful completion of their program. This is possible given the close affiliation and consultation that we have within the industry. Our records shows indicate that 80% of our previous students are currently working within the safari and tourism industry.
REGISTRATION AND ACCREDITATION
Career Dreams is a BOTA Registered and Accredited institution and the first’s institution to offer BOTA, BNVQF standard. Career Dreams is a member of the TOURISM TASK FORCE, established by BOTA to assist in writing training standard for the hospitality industry in Botswana.
