This Hospitality Program is offered at a senior level and consists of 2 Academic semesters plus one internship. This course es extremely comprehensive and is designed to enable students attain a high level of competence in the food and beverage division within the Hospitality Industry.

The primary aim of this course is to provide a sound concrete foundation for professional cookery knowledge knowledge to trainess with emphasis on the preparation of menus, various dishes, sauces and garnishes in order to create customer satisfaction. The importance of customer has been blended in an appertizing culinary way to come up with professionally trained personnel to make this a reality.

This course meets the needs of those wishing to understand more complex industry operations, international fare constructions, as well as the consultative approach to selling travel and tourism. It is ideal for experienced travel and tourism people who want to advance their skills or start a business

Course Duration: 6 months

This course lays foundation for students to be confident working in a commercial environment of Hotels rooms, Lodges, Camps, Guest Houses and B & B’s.  The module follows a logical progression from underpinning knowledge of the operational procedures and equipment, through the interpersonal skills and technical skills.

Entry Requirement: Junior/Cambridge Certificate Grade C or relevant industry work experience
