Career Dreams has entered into a mutual agreement with one of the leading local lodges to utilize the facility for training in housekeeping, Front Desk Operations, Kitchen and Bar Areas. A similar agreement has been signed between Kesmo Lodge and Career Dreams Centre

We work hard to make sure that our courses are relevant to our local and regional communities. A range of friendly short courses complement the specialist further and higher education courses we offer, encouraging access for all to learning.
All of our courses are the result of close cooperation with employers and the community. We take care to consult large and small employers, and their representative bodies, when designing new courses and when renewing the operation of others. We even invite employers to help us make decisions on whether we should run particular courses.
A long experience of working with employers has helped us to develop a responsive tailor made service, in which the particular needs of individual (or consortia) of employers are met through specially designed courses.
In addition, each year we carry out many research and development activities for sector bodies, employers and community groups.
Employers also play an important part in the delivery of our courses, contributing to guest lectures, providing placements and even at times assisting with the assessment of students. If you are an employer who feels that you have something to offer, we would be delighted to hear from you.
